Rebecca (Becky) Wierschke, MBA. PMP is the Founder of Nonprofit Niche Consulting and author of The Mouse, the Eagle and the Bear: A Collection of Organizational Fables for the Revitalization of Business Ethics. Becky has been professionally trained in organizational behaviors and business ethics and primarily focuses on nonprofit operations and leadership. The strategies considered are based on each business’s goals and visions, as well as community resources and circumstances. Becky frequently coach’s government and organizational decision makers when she provides internal audit feedback for the improvement of infrastructures.
She has also studied business coaching from the Cape Cod Institute. Prior to founding Nonprofit Niche Consulting, Becky has held numerous executive leadership positions for national affiliated nonprofit businesses, including Boy Scouts of America, Sparta, Wisconsin and Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Red Lake Nation. Becky now offers her clients a wide range of tools with the Niche Tool Box; organizational assessment, numerous analyses, business process design & re-engineering.
In the past ten years of leadership, Becky has written and developed $2.49M for various nonprofit entities and managed over $4M dollars separately in allocations and continues researching organizational dynamics for their continual improvement and sustainability.
